You'll find,  as well as the view, a dining table, portable grill/hob and gas barbeque for summertime cooking and eating, a small level garden area and a side courtyard devoted to observing.

From this area we have seen wild boar, deer, loirs, salamanders and scores of tiny lizards from the garden as well as pine marten and red squirrel in the forests.

New at Les Granges:-

we have recently acquired some slightly elevated land behind the house.  If you feel like a change from the solitude of the southern view , you can feel part of Etoile from here!
